VILLA RHEINSTEIN AT THE ENGERS PALACE
The exclusive apartment is located on the ground floor of our Art Nouveau villa. From the balcony and the large conservatory you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Rhine. The apartment is equipped with high quality furniture and offers every comfort for two people. On request, a third person can sleep on a retractable armchair (80 cm x 192 cm) in the conservatory.
The Art Nouveau villa was built in 1905 in an exposed position with south exposure, directly on the banks of the Rhine between Neuwied and Koblenz.
The Villa Rheinstein is the perfect starting point for a variety of excursions on and along the Rhine River and Moselle. For excample the baroque summer residence Engers Palace and the Villa Musica are just 50 meters away. The Engers PaIace served the Trier electors, who lived in nearby Koblenz, as a hunting and pleasure palace. The prominent position on the banks of the Rhine as well as the magnificently decorated “Diana’s hall” are among the special features of Engers Palace.
APPARTMENT LAYOUT
The apartment has a floor space of approximately 65m² and is located on the ground floor of Villa Rheinstein, all on one level.
It has a living/bed room of approx. 30 m², a kitchen, a luxury bathroom, a heated conservatory and a covered balcony, both with a wonderful view of the Rhine River.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a large side-by-side fridge with integrated water and ice cube dispenser, coffee machine (coffee, espresso, latte macchiato etc.), kettle, microwave, stove, oven, blender, radio, etc. From the kitchen you have access to the covered balcony with a fantastic view of the Rhine River.
The luxury bathroom has a double vanity, a large corner bathtub with LED lighted sky, shower, toilet, urinal, stereo CD / radio and flat screen TV.

The Villa Rheinstein is located in an exposed location, right on the banks of the Rhine with an amazing views overlooking the Rhine River.
The balcony and conservatory have a south-facing orientation and unobstructed views of the Rhine.
The Villa Rheinstein is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Neuwied-Engers. There is no disturbing passage traffic.
Within a maximum of 5-10 minutes walk you will find all shops and institutions for daily needs (2 supermarkets, post office, savings bank, People's Bank, butcher, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc.)
The unique location is the ideal starting point for excursions, for example to Koblenz, just 10 minutes away.

Exit NEUWIED - follow the signs to Neuwied and then to Engers.
at the DERNBACHER TRIANGLE on the A48 towards Koblenz and then the exit BENDORF on the B42. Follow the signs to ENGERS
At Koblenzer Kreuz take the A48 in the direction of Koblenz and then in the direction of Frankfurt. After the bridge over the Rhine, take the first exit BENDORF onto the B42. Follow the signs to ENGERS.
