The rental contract is concluded with the booking on our website.
The following general terms and conditions are part of the rental agreement
- CHECK-IN:
- from 04:00 p.m.
- Early check-in possible (subject to availability, additional fee)
- CHECK-OUT:
- till 10:00 a.m.
- Late check-out possible (subject to availability, additional fee)
- SLEEPING FOR 3rd PERSON
- For the third guest a comfortable, pull-out armchair (80 cm x 192 cm) is available in the separate conservatory. The conservatory is heated and offers a wonderful view of the Rhine River
- BEDDING/TOWEL-PACKAGE
- The rental price includes one package (1 x bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per guest and 1 kitchen towel, 1 drying towel, 1 dish towel per stay). If necessary, additional packages can be booked (additional fee).
- WELCOME PACKAGE
- toilet paper (2 rolls)
- kitchen roll (1 roll)
- dishwasher tabs (2 tabs)
- hand dishwashing liquid
- hand soap (2 bathroom soap dispensers, 1 kitchen soap dispenser, 1st filling each)
- coffee beans (1 serving for approx. 6-10 cups)
- the guest is responsible for any other consumable items
- AUTHORIZED GUESTS IN THE PROPERTY (APARTMENT)
- Only those guests who have been reported to the landlord by name during the booking/online check-in may stay overnight in the property
- Additional overnight guests must be reported to the landlord in advance and the additional rental price is due
- TERMS OF PAYMENT
- 50% deposit upon completion of booking
- 50% final payment no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior arrival
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days prior arrival
- no refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival
- cancellations must be made by 11:59 p.m. (local time of the property) prior to check-in to receive a refund
